# About On Deck Co.

> A family run workshop in North Austin that prints and presses custom apparel by hand, one order at a time.

## What we do

On Deck Co. is a custom apparel and promotional products workshop based in North Austin, Texas. We take a logo, a name, or a phrase and put it on the thing you actually want: t-shirts, dry fit performance shirts, long sleeves, polos, sweatshirts, hoodies, aprons, tote bags, tumblers, and office items. Every piece is decorated here, by hand, on a heat press in our own shop.

We work with two kinds of customer. The first is a person who wants one shirt with their own idea on it, and we do not have a minimum order: one piece is a real order. The second is a local business, sports team, church group, or family event that needs matching pieces with their own logo. Those are quoted per order, because the price depends on the garment, the quantity, the number of print locations, and the artwork.

## How we print

We use four decoration methods and pick the one the artwork actually needs, not the one that is cheapest to set up. DTF transfers for full color art. HTV vinyl for single color designs in brand colors. Sublimation for polyester and drinkware. Embroidery is sourced out to a trusted shop, and we say so instead of pretending it happens here.

The workshop runs on a heat press with a measured recipe per fabric, because cotton and polyester do not behave the same way. That is also why we test a sacrifice piece before we press a color we have not run before. It costs us one blank and it is the reason your order does not come back wrong.

## The business behind it

On Deck Co. is the brand. The legal entity is On Deck Co. LLC, a Texas limited liability company, file number 805919775 with the Texas Secretary of State, formed on February 26, 2025 and renamed to On Deck Co. LLC by Certificate of Amendment effective July 19, 2026. The brand itself dates to 2024, which is the year that appears on our packaging and labels.

The shop is run by Omar Rivero. We speak English and Spanish, and we answer in whichever one you write in. Most of our work comes from people in Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock, Leander, Georgetown, Liberty Hill, and Pflugerville, and we ship the rest across the United States.
