# Contact us

> The fastest way to reach a person is WhatsApp. Email works too, and the quote builder gets you a real number faster than a back and forth.

## How to reach us

WhatsApp and phone: (512) 337-2845. This is the number we answer fastest, and it is the one on our printed material. Email: info@ondeckco.co, which reaches the same inbox as omar@ondeckco.co. Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM Central. Closed Sunday.

If you already know roughly what you want, the quote builder at ondeckco.co/negocios/cotizar/ is faster than writing. You pick the product, the fabric, the quantity, the sizes, the colors, and the print locations, and it sends us a structured request. We reply with a real price, not a range.

## What to send us

Send your artwork as a PNG with a transparent background, at the highest resolution you have. Vector is ideal. If all you have is a photo of your logo, send it anyway: it is enough to start the conversation, and we will tell you honestly whether it will print well or whether it needs to be redrawn first.

Tell us the garment, the quantity, the sizes, and where the print goes. If you do not have artwork at all, we can design it, and that is a separate one time fee we quote before starting. If you are sending us a logo you do not own, tell us: we do not print other people's trademarks.

## Where we are

On Deck Co. is a workshop, not a storefront, so there is no walk in counter. We are based in the North Austin area of Texas and we serve Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock, Leander, Georgetown, Liberty Hill, and Pflugerville in person, plus the rest of the United States by mail.

Local pickup and local delivery are both possible and we arrange them per order. For anything outside the area we ship, and shipping is quoted with the order so there is no surprise at the end.
