Privacy policy

Short version: we collect what you send us so we can quote and make your order. We do not sell it, and we set no advertising cookies of our own.

What we collect

When you send a quote request we receive what you type into the form: your name, your email address, the details of the order, and any note you add. When you message us on WhatsApp we receive your phone number and the conversation. When you join our email list we receive your email address. That is the whole set of personal information we ask for.

We do not ask for and do not store payment card numbers on this site. Payment happens outside the website, through Zelle, cash, or a payment link, and the card details stay with the payment provider.

Who processes it

Quote requests are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms. Our email list runs on Kit, formerly ConvertKit. Site traffic is measured with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4. Messages you send by WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp. Our site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses.

Each of those companies processes the data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell personal information to anyone, and we do not share your order details with other customers or with advertisers.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no advertising cookies of its own. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 set their own analytics cookies when they load. Beyond that, the site stores a few small preferences in your browser's local storage so it can behave sensibly on your next visit.

Those keys are odc_lang, which remembers whether you chose English or Spanish, odc_pop_seen and odc_pop_diseno, which remember that you already saw a popup so it does not show again, odc_intro_seen, odc_theme, odc_previews, odc_unlocked, and odc_tournament_checklist, which remembers what you ticked on the tournament packing list. All of them live only in your browser, never reach our servers, and clearing your browser data removes them.

Your artwork, and children

Artwork you send us is used to produce your order and to show you a mockup for approval. We do not add it to a public catalog, resell it, or license it to anyone else without asking you first. If you want your files deleted after the order ships, say so and we delete them.

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If a photo of a minor appears in our own marketing, it is published with the consent of that child's parent.

Your choices, and how to reach us

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@ondeckco.co and we will answer. Every marketing email we send has a one click unsubscribe at the bottom, and unsubscribing stops the marketing without affecting an order already in progress.
